The apparatus is surrounded by full length mirrors and cushioned on high impact, expert flooring. Ideal for those looking to get into shape in privacy, those who don't want to queue for equipment or even serious body builders ready to get to the next level.

Be trained in a comfortable, secluded setting like none other by a highly experienced, yet down to earth, personal trainer with over 10 years experience in fitness. Qualifications amassed are inclusive of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sports and Business Management, Physical Education Qualified Teacher Status, a Level 5 Certificate from City and Guilds and a full, up to date, DBS check.
