Cancellation Policy:
Bulk Bookings -
Upfront payment is required for any of the bulk session offers. The session/s must be used within 1 year of purchase. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, 24 hours notice must be given or the session will be lost. All bookings are based on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability. Unfortunately no refunds can be given once the sessions are purchased and by purchasing the sessions it is understood that you are agreeing to the aforementioned cancellation policy along with all the disclaimers available on this website (https://aydensgym.wixsite.com/personaltraining) which can be found in the menu under 'more'.
Pay as You Go -
Any sessions that do not require a Bulk Booking of more than one session in advance is considered 'Pay as You Go' and includes our Introductory Session offer. In order to confirm Pay as You Go booking a deposit is required and this deposit is non refundable. Should you cancel your session or wish to re-arrange your session without providing a full 24 hours notice your deposit will be lost and should you wish to reschedule a new, non-fundable deposit will have to be made.
Monthly Commitment -
A minimum commitment of 6 months is required. Memberships can only be paused once the minimum term of 6 months is complete. A £10 deposit is required at the time of booking any additional sessions in addition to the two monthly sessions. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, 24 hours notice must be given or the deposit/session will be lost.
